1. Order Cancellation:

You can cancel an order before it has been accepted by the restaurant. Once the restaurant has accepted the order, cancellation may not be possible.

To cancel an order, please go to the "Order History" section in the app and select the specific order you wish to cancel. Follow the provided instructions to cancel the order.

If an order cannot be canceled due to restaurant acceptance or other reasons, you will be charged the full amount.

2. Refund Policy:

Refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:

If you cancel an order before it is accepted by the restaurant, you will receive a full refund.

If the restaurant is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of items, you will receive a full refund.

In case of a payment issue or a double charge, we will initiate a refund for the extra amount.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

The refund will be credited to your account in 3 working days.
